Outlook 2011 for Mac

Step 1

Open Microsoft Outlook 2011

1. Open Microsoft Office Outlook 2011. If you have just installed Outlook 2011 it will show in your Dock.
2. If you see a Welcome to Outlook screen, click Add Account. Otherwise click Tools > Accounts > Add Account from the Apple Menu bar.

Step 4 Enter your Webonline Hosting email address, e.g. info@example.com, and password.

Step 5 Enter Your Webonline Hosting email address for User name. For example, info@example.com.

Select IMAP for Type.

mail.example.com as your Incoming Server.

mail.example.com as your Outgoing Server.

Replace example.com with your Ecenica Hosting domain name.

Step 6 Click Add Account.

Step 7 Click More Options.

Step 9 Click OK

Step 10 Close the Accounts window.

Step 11 Your Webonline Hosting IMAP email account now appears on the left-side of Outlook 2011.

Step 13 Outlook will now connect to your Webonline Hosting email account and show you any emails in your inbox.
